Who We Are
PB Consultants was founded in 2004 when the decommissioning market in the North Sea was expected to grow to a size that platforms of empty oil and gas fields would be sold to for re-use.
PB Consultants consists of three partners: Otto van Voorst, Thor Sterker and Jan Groot.
We regularly work with offshore specialists with a Heerema background like:
- Jos van der Horst (operations management)
- Herm Bussemaker (naval architect)
- Mark Haarsma (structural engineering)
- Harry de Jong (HSE advisor).
